DFND graduated compression is the design of our garments. This helps stimulate circulation in your feet, ankles and legs. It is achieved through exerting the greatest degree of compression at the ankle, with the level of compression gradually decreasing as you move up the garment. The pressure gradient ensures that blood flows upward toward the heart instead of refluxing toward to the foot or laterally into the superficial veins. Better blood flow helps your body flush out lactic acid and other metabolic wastes which helps you perform better for longer periods. Please refer to the size guide on each style. DFND Graduated Compression is designed to fit tight but comfortable, If you are in between sizes it is recommended to size up to the larger size.

It is recommended to Hand Wash and Hang Dry your DFND Compression. You can machine wash and tumble dry low. Heat transfers my start to peel if you tumble dry but this will not affect the power of your Compression Tights.
