Fitness has always been a part of my DNA. I started lifting in my teens, not just for aesthetics, but because I fell in love with the discipline and structure it brought into my life. Over time, that passion turned into a career—through competing, writing, and helping others find their best selves.

Every day has a purpose. I follow a split that prioritizes symmetry and recovery—chest and triceps one day, back and biceps the next, legs, shoulders, and so on.
